Coolbinia WA 6050

This ongoing project is expected to be completed before Christmas, with steady progress and positive outcomes so far. The focus of the renovation has been on enhancing the communal areas and bathrooms, with particular attention to redesigning the kitchen.

Key improvements include expanding the cooktop and adding much-needed storage solutions. One of the main challenges was adapting the design of the kitchen island to integrate with the existing structure, which required creative problem-solving due to its limited initial dimensions.

Throughout the process, we have maintained constant communication with the clients and trades, ensuring alignment and quality at every stage. Regular site visits have been conducted to oversee progress and address any emerging issues promptly.

Bayswater WA 6053

This project was designed from scratch for a young couple who purchased the property to undergo a complete renovation. The initial challenge was accommodating the cost of asbestos removal, which was found in several areas of the house, while staying within the budget.

With this resolved, we began designing the home based on the clients’ preferences, focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms as priority areas. A key challenge was optimizing the layout to include all the desired features within a compact space and a tightly managed budget. Additionally, we designed a custom TV unit for the main living room, which was relocated to the rear of the house to enhance the layout and functionality.

Although the project is scheduled to commence in April 2025, the design phase is nearly complete. As the lead designer, I have maintained close communication with Sara, one of the clients, to ensure every detail aligns with their requirements and vision.

This space redefines the concept of sensuality, offering an environment where visitors can discover new places and connect with companions in intimate and unexpected ways.
The layout centers around a bold "X" structure, with four distinct rooms branching out, each offering a unique experience. At the heart of this design is a performance space where live shows take place, though private rooms are also available for those seeking a more intimate experience.

Each room features smart glass technology, allowing guests to choose whether to remain visible or enjoy their experience in privacy. Additionally, sensors in each room indicate occupancy, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

The journey through Perpendicular is filled with unexpected surprises, enhancing the main experience and leaving a lasting impression.
